The Emotional Fluency Deck

Expanding your emotional vocabulary helps you gain a deeper understanding of your own feelings and reactions, and to express your feelings more accurately to others. The Emotional Deck is ideal for helping teens, families and yourself to expand your emotional fluency in order to live a more fulfilling life.

The Deck includes 100+ emotions that are intended to be the basis for expanding your emotional vocabulary.  

The goal is to become more emotionally fluent, where you have the ability to recognize, accurately identify, understand, and more readily express emotions.
