For more than 35 years, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting the physical health of individuals, and that purpose continues to guide me every day in new and evolving ways. The Healthier Human began as a way to help people reach their fitness goals, but over time it has grown into something more holistic—integrating mind, body, and spirit to create a more balanced human experience. Most recently, I’ve expanded the work to include emotional fluency and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, giving people the tools to better understand their emotions and build resilience in the moments that matter most.
