This structured 6-week program introduces adults to the core principles and skills of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Each week builds on the last, blending education with practical application. Participants first expand their emotional vocabulary and fluency, learning to recognize and name emotions with greater accuracy. From there, they develop DBT skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. By the end of the course, participants gain practical tools to manage intense emotions, improve communication, and build lasting resilience for everyday life.
